Bluecaps Farm - Home of Bluecaps Llamas

Photo of Bluecaps Dusty, Bluecaps LlamasWelcome to the home of Bluecaps Llamas in East Sussex, situated in Cousley Wood near Wadhurst.

We offer a range of llama trekking options in the lovely East Sussex countryside, plus we sell our luxurious designer alpaca knitwear, as well as a range of llama and alpaca halters, grooming tools and accessories. In addition, stud llamas and guard llamas are available for hire.

We are surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the High Weald and, of course, we are neighbours of the extremely picturesque Bewl Water.

We are very pleased to announce that we have recently bought the fabulous herd of ‘Maplehurst Llamas’ from Pam Walker, who is giving up llama breeding due to her ill-health. We now have an additional 27 llamas that carry some of the oldest lines in this country.

Even more exciting is the fact that the herd includes twin llama boys (pictured right) who were born in September 2007. It is very rare that llama twins are born with the odds being approximately 1 in 30,000! They are called Inca and Aztec and very jolly little personalities they are too.

Apart from the Maplehurst Llamas, we also have two quality llama studs of yet another fine line and they are extremely big boned with oodles of presence. Their offspring is also for sale.
